Gyrotonic Trainers learn the Level 2, Program 1 exercises, which prepares them for the Gyrotonic Level 2, Program 1

Prerequisites:

Certified GYROTONIC Trainer and valid trademark lisence

Course material:

– every student receives a GYROTONIC L2 Pretraining Program 1 Exercise List
