New changes of the GYROKINESIS 60min and 90min Format, completed by Juliu Horvath, will be the main focus of the course. To improve on teaching skills in Pretraings, personal questions and ideas will be discussed.

Certified GYROKINESIS Pretrainer and a valid trademark license

Up-dated version of the 60/90min manuel/ or any other GYROKINESIS Class Format
