Learning of three Formats. Two Formats, which are diffrent from eachother start on the floor and the third Format is a flowing, standing sequenze. GYROKINESIS L2 is physically challenging.
Prerequisites:
Successful completion of the GYROKINESIS Pretraining L2 and valid Trademark Lisence

– each participant receives a manuel
– and a DVD
