Based on the 90-minute format, a new beginning will be taught,
which activates the cervical spine. At the end, a new standing sequence will be presented,
which is also part of GYROKINESIS L2.

Prerequisites:

Certified Gyrokinesis Trainer and a valid teaching license

Course Materials:

Each participant receives a manual, a QR code to view the video,
and/or access to the course video in the Resource Library.
