GYROTONIC® Application for Shoulder-Girdle

Specialized Gyrotonic Educational Courses; gilt als Up-date

Inhalt:

The Gyrotonic Specialized Course for the SHOULDER GIRDLE was developed by Physical Therapist and Gyrotonic Specialized Master Trainer PAUL HORVATH, who has utilized the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods with orthopedic patients at the Rheintalklinik in Bad Krozingen, Germany.

The Gyrotonic method is based on spiraling-, flowing-, and multi-directional movements, helping to improve coordination, flexibility, and strength.

When applied into therapy, it accelerates the rehabilitation process.
Patients learn new movement patterns that can be stabilized and applied in their daily lives.

Gyrotonic uses the spine as a center of coordination for all somatic, visceral, and emotional processes.

The exercises, synchronized with breath and rhythm, can help improve health by mobilizing and moving the joints, improving flexibility, coordinating and strengthening specific muscle groups thereby enhancing the natural „internal“ support system.

This allows for increased functional speeds and improved performance, positively affecting the cardiovascular, endocrine, and lymphatic systems, while balancing the nervous system, reducing feelings of stress and improving coordination.

Participating in these Specialized Courses deepens your understanding of rehabilitation solutions and abilities, enabling you to apply the Gyrotonic movement system to your clients.

Rehabilitation is a dynamic process that helps people gain optimum physical, mental, and social abilities. By increasing confidence and self-esteem, restoring personal autonomy, and improving function in normal daily activities, rehabilitation aims to facilitate independence.
